Switch off your android phone
then wait a moment, after that hold down your power plus volume(minus volume only not plus) button untill some unreadable(some times readable) text will pop up kindly release your hand and press your minus volume key 5 times then press power button once,,,,, wait for some moments for your phone to start up then you are good to go.
