UNIPORT 40th Anniversary Competition: Call for Entries

University of Port Harcourt, UNIPORT 40th anniversary competition – call for entries.

Interested students/alumni of the University of Port
Harcourt, UNIPORT are invited to participate in the
competition organised by the management  to mark
the 4oth anniversary of the university.

1.         ESSAY COMPETITION:
Criteria :-

(a) Students/Alumni of the University are eligible

(b) Entries should be between 1,200 and 1,500 words typeset in double space, in Time New Romans Font 12

(c) Must be original and previously unpublished

(d) Each entry must have one page indicating the
details of the candidate as follows: Title of essay, name of candidate, address of candidate, phone numbers, e-mail, state of origin, date of birth, gender, department/period of studentship in Uniport and essay’s word count. Send entries to Uniport40.essay@Uniport.edu.ng on
or before Wednesday May 13 th, 2015 with “UNIPORT 40 TH ANNIVERSARY ESSAY” marked as subject.

2.         VISUAL ARTS COMPETITION:
Criteria :-

(a) Third/fourth year undergraduate students of
Department of Fine Arts and Design

(b) Submit two-dimensional 3ft by 4ft, three dimensional 2ft by 3ft, relief 2ft by 3ft to Dr. Pamela
Cyril – Egware and Dr. Sam Onwuakpa on or before
Friday, Wednesday May, 13th 2015.

3.         Mr. & Miss Unique Uniport 2015.
